This unique installation required specialized expertise to construct a secure perimeter that extends into the Chesapeake Bay, effectively separating the base from public access.

The project involved:

• Driving large wooden poles into the bay to provide structural support.
• Installing durable steel cable and chain-link fencing that seamlessly integrates into the waterline.

This complex effort was completed as part of a Task Order under our 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Maintenance/Construction Contract for the Hampton Roads region.
